Papillon Resort takes pleasure in presenting to you through the various pages of this site, our 22 Bungalows, all fully furnished to 3 star comfort.

Our Bar and Restaurant offer you a wide variety of cocktails and wines to compliment the delicious choices of Thai and French cuisine offered in our Restaurant, set in our romantic Tropical Gardens adjacent to the Beach front.

Cool down in our Pool and Jacuzzi located in the beach front gardens surrounded by Orchids and flowers and the sweet sounds of the Myna Birds.

Only a few minutes away from Chaweng's centre of activities, but sufficiently far away to appreciate the calm and tranquility of our Resort you can relax and enjoy your vacation in our Island paradise, either alone with friends or family, all at very reasonable prices...

Restaurant & Bar

More than only the hospitality, the user-friendship and the kindness, the Thai and French cultures also share a great reputation of quality and variety about their delicious food… It naturally brings out a well furnished menu, mixing the tastes and pleasures for the happiness of the big as well as the more young greedy butterflies.

The arrangements of the tables discretely and carefully designed to allow you to choose according to your wishes (close to the pool to keep a look at the more young butterflies, on beachfront to get lost in the contemplation of the view or in a more intimate place to fully enjoy a honey-moon) achieve to sublime this so friendly and personalized atmosphere.

And because, as well as the Niceguy Massilia and the Lutecia Sativa, all the butterflies like to joint together to party in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying many delicatessen, we organise regularly different food-parties , buffets or barbecues…   That allows us to wait until the extraordinary Gala-dinners for the great time like Christmas or New Year's Eve.

We serve Breakfast or any meal during all the day (from 7am 10.30pm) in our Restaurant, at the poolside or in your Bungalow without any extra charges... For the drinks, do not worry, we only close the Bar when you whish to go to sleep.

1. Wi-Fi CONNECTION
    You can stay connected to the whole world, facing the sea, straight from our restaurant, via Internet, as we offer free Wi-Fi connection.

2. VEHICLE RENTING
    Getting around Samui is very easy to do with local taxis, the so-called "soongtaos" which are covered pick-up trucks and they are the main public transportation. The fare depends on distance. It's recommended agreeing on the price before getting in.
    But ifd you prefer to be free and autonomous to discover by your own some hidden places, the ideal is, of course, to rent a vehicle.

3. TRAVEL AGENCY
    if you'd like to visit some of the described areas, or investigate any other destinations on the island, as well as boat/bus/plane tickets or flight reconfirmation, our team will be very happy to arrange it for you.

4. BEACH & GIFTS BOUTIQUE 
    Our boutique offers everything you need to complete enjoy your stay with us, such as beach games and clothes, toilet and bathroom accessories, .
    And, before going back home, you will find a huge choice of gifts and souvenirs to bring back for your family and friends.

    Performed by professionals, under our Sala Thai, straight on the beach, by the swimming pool.

    Papillon offers you the opportunity to sail around Samui, to visit its surroundings in a romantic way.
    The Junk “La Fortune” , a traditional chinese junk boat, offers a wide variety of activities : from the sunset cruise to full evening gala-diners and day trip to the marine park, Koh Tao or Koh Nuang yuan, and night trips to the Full Moon Party.

YOUR WEDDING IN PAPILLON
    Let's make your wedding ungorgottable with celebrating the ceremony on a sunny island with your friends, in Koh Samui.

    More than only a honeymoon, we propose to you a buddhist or catholic benediction as well as festivities you will never forget in your life.
   
    In order this day looks exactly as you wish it to be, including for your budget, we have many different options that you can mix.
   
    1. After a procession under a rain of flowers, a buddhist ceremony is planned in Papillon or in a Temple, or a catholic ceremony in the Church of Koh Samui.
   
    2. A professional photographer will make special photos from you and your friends, and will follow you during all the Party... With also the opportunity to make a Video movie.
   
    3. Some very special decoration with many flowers can be scattered in the restaurant and the garden, to make the celebration more nice.

    4. To start the night, some special apetizers and drinks can be served.

    5. For the food, we propose you different buffets you can choose from :
Thai - French - Seafood (gambas, lobsters, crabs, grilled fishes etc.) and, to finish, you can choose a big wedding-cake or even an ornamental cake.
   
    6. To give a really exotic color, musicians and dancers of traditional thai music
will make some performances for you and your friends.
   
    7. To finish perfectly the night a firework will be done for the happy lovers.
*And then, the party will stop (and the bar will close) only when you decide it.
